Having trouble logging in?

When creating your account, the system will attempt to match the information you enter to an existing TFH database record. Please pay attention to the following:

  • Name: Use your first name and last name (a nick name can be added later)
  • Email: Use the email address you receive TFH mass communications from (not Planning Center notifications)

"I created an account, but my information and giving is missing"

When this happens, it means the account you created did not successfuly pair with your existing TFH database record, so a duplicate was created.

This is very easy to fix! You can:

  • Email [email protected], or
  • call the Office at (707) 455-7790 and ask for someone from the IT department.

We will happily combine the two records, and solve your problem in no time!


When I try to login, the system says: "We couldn't find an account with that username. Can we help you recover your account information?"

If you are certain that you have signed in with a username and password on the new My TFH System sometime after it was launched in January of 2018, then it is possible that the username or password you entered was incorrect.

The system can send you an automated email including your username and a link to reset your password after entering the email address you have on file on the Forgot Account page.


When I try to login, the system says: "Sorry, we could not find an account for the email address you entered"

This error is usually caused then the email you are entering does not match the email that is on your record in the TFH database.

If you are certain that you have logged in on the new system, you can try getting your account information again with a different email address. Perhaps the email we have on file is an older email, or your email has been updated by your recent activity (such as joining a Group or filling out a Connect card).

Go ahead and create an account with us, and the information you provide will automatically create a record for you in our system.

To create an account, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to the Account Registration page.
  2. Enter your information, being careful to ensure that your first name, last name, and email match exactly what TFH has on file for you. (The email on file is where you receive emails from [email protected], [email protected], etc.).
  3. Select a username and password of your choice.
  4. The system will ask you to confirm you are the person in our system that matches the information you entered.
  5. The system will send you an email with a secure link to confirm your account.
  6. Open the email and click the link.
